Facility Requests
If you are interested in using our facilities, please refer to the information below:
Step1: Submit Facility Use Agreement electronic application at least 15 days prior to the event. The Requestor must attach the certificate of insurance from the requesting party listing Old Adobe Union School District, its officers, board members, employees and volunteers as “additional insured”.
Step 2: If the facility is available, the School Principal will forward the request to the Facilities Director.
Step 3: The Facilities Director will verify further details before advancing the application. If there are any facility conflicts, then the Facilities Director will deny the request.
Step 4: The CBO will calculate the related expenses and invoice the organization.
Step 5: Pay Facility Rental/Fees Payment to the District Office (Cash or Check). The appropriate additional charges not covered will be billed subsequent to the event.
