Easy Steps to Enrollment

1. Find your school using the map of OAUSD school attendance area. 

2. Learn more about all of our schools and sign up for a tour! 

  1. Complete registration paperwork available below, at one of our school offices, or at OAUSD District Office.

  2. Provide the following documents to complete your student’s registration:
    1. Original Birth Certificate
    2. Proof of Residency (ex: utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)
    3. Immunization Records
    4. Transfer Form, if applicable. Read more about transfers.

3. Submit the registration paperwork and documents to your school or our OAUSD District Office to complete your student’s registration.

  1. You will receive a confirmation email and/or call from your school. Be sure to accept the offer, as soon as possible!
  2. Ensure that all registration paperwork is submitted to your school site.
